Two cameras appear as "Disabled by Config entry"

Created a GitHub issue for it, but I, and the developer of the integration, don’t think it is an integration issue.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot and proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Issue solved. Disabling the integration, starting HA and enabling the integration, soles it as a workaround and a fix is on the way. See Github issue for more details.
