I am unable to pair thread devices to matter . I get the error “Your device requires a Thread border router” "Connect your border router, then try setting up the device.
I am using a Home Assistant Yellow with a Sky Connect ZBT-1 configured for Zigbee with firmware Firmware: EmberZNet Zigbee 7.5.1.0.
a ZBT-2 set up for Thread with Firmware OpenThread RCP 2.7.2.0. Durring the installation process it installed Home Assistant Connect ZBT-2 (Open Thread Border Router)
When clicking on the Thread Integration it shows that I have 1 Border Router which is the Home Assistant Open Thread Border Router #C50B with a ( sqaure box with a key symbol)
However I get the above error message when I attempt to pair a thread device.
Obviously I have the current Matter Integration installed .
I am using the latest version of Home Assistant and have spend hours ad hours trying to sort this issue.
Please can someone explain what i need to do to rectify the issue in laymans terms please.
