Hi
I’m having a problem accessing the webUI page from sidebar.
This is the error (sorry for the translation from italian)
Web page at address
**http://192.168.1.190:8123/api/hassio_ingress/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx/pwa/login.html?xxxxxx**
could be temporary not available or it's permanently moved to a new web address
All the sensors are working fine.
In the log I see a web address and if I copy and paste into the browser I can access to the Phoscon web page, but I cannot access with my password.
http://192.168.1.190:8123/api/hassio_ingress/xxxxxx-xxxxxx/pwa/login.html?xxxxx#login/xxxxx
I’ve tried to reset the password, but I cannot access anyway,
So, from the Phoscon web page I clicked on the big P and I’m waiting from about 15mins and it’s still like this.
Hassio is on latest version (0.108.6), so Supervisor (217) and also Deconz is on 5.3.2
I’m on an Intel NUC with Proxmox and the VM is with Ubuntu Server.
I’ve a Conbee USB stick (not version II), firmware 0x26320500
I’t was working until some days ago (don’t know when because I don’t access often to Phoscon).
Any suggestion?
Thanks
How does your deconz addon configuration look like? do you connect to your conbee by id?
Do your connected devices work? As in, do they interact with HA or vise versa?
My devices are working fine, just tested with a temp sensor.
What do you mean?
My config is
device: /dev/ttyUSB0
vnc_password: my_password
I just noticed that in the Supervisor->System->Hardware I have
* /dev/ttyUSB0
* /dev/serial/by-id/usb-FTDI_FT230X_Basic_UART_DM0102QT-if00-port0
I have only one USB stick on the NUC, are they the same?
Should I refer to the other one?
Yes they are the same. And yes, you should refer to the other one. This is what I meant, the path /dev/ttyUSB0 can change if you reboot and have more than one usb device stuck in your nuc. the long address (referred to as “by ID” is always the same, no matter the port)
Also the conbee stick is allergic to USB3 and everything close to it. Since your nuc probably only has USB3 ports (like mine) I can recommend putting it on a usb extension cable as far away from your nuc.

the /dev/ttyUSB0 never changed from the beginning.
I have changed to the /dev/serial/by-id/usb-FTDI_FT230X_Basic_UART_DM0102QT-if00-port0 but no change, I still have the same issue.
I have an old Phoscon backup from mid Jan (I don’t think I’ve changed/added devices in this period), so probably I’ll try to remove the Integration, remove the addon and restart from zero, but I’m worried that I will need to change all the automation (I use NodeRed for them) and dashboards.
I hope there is some other way to do it…
Thanks
I have the same issue of not being able to access phoscon WebUI.
This error just randomly came up even though I didn’t change anything.
Even after updating deconz and home assistant core I still get the same error when trying to access phoscon UI
