Unable to add any devices to Matter/Thread

I’m at my wits end at this point, been trying for the past 2 weeks to get my SmartWings blinds added to HA via HomeAssistant using a Google Nest Hub as the Thread Border Router. I am able to get the blinds into Google Home but no matter what I do I can’t get them into HA. I’ve tried resetting them and bringing them into HA completely fresh, I’ve tried importing them into HA after already adding them to Google Home, nothing has worked. I even tried flashing my ZBDongle-E to the multi-protocol and use that as the router but that failed even worse (wasn’t able to get it working correctly at all)

Log attached with recent attempts (sorry for all of the z-wave stuff in there, trying to get the sonoff dongle working seems to have messed up my z-wave too)

This is the best approach when using Google (or Apple, or Amazon) TBRs: Add to the native Matter fabric first, then “share” to the HA fabric using a app-generated pairing code. If the first step works, you know your Thread Border Router is routing. If the last step doesn’t work it usually points to a network connectivity problem, like IPv6 misconfiguration in HA.

Once your device is on the Google Matter fabric, open up the new ZeroConf browser in HA (settings → system → network → zeroconf browser). Under _matter._tcp.local you should see your device sending multicast packets. If you don’t see it, then something on your network is preventing those packets from reaching HA.
