Unable to add devices

Hi,

I just installed my new Conbee and I’m unable to add devices.
In deconz plugin, pairing does nothing…
I tried with a Lidl electric plug and a Sonoff motion sensor.

I tried far away from my modem but nothing…
Have you an idea ?

I personally would recommend ZHA and not deconz.

I don’t know what you mean by pairing from the plugin (maybe it is possible, I don’t know) but I always pair from the addon, via Phoscon. Never had any trouble with it. I like Deconz better, because you can also use Deconz without HA if needed.

I found the response here : Interferences clé CONBEE II et disque SSD en USB 3 - Protocole domotique - Communauté Jeedom
As I’m using a USB3 disk, I added a 0,5m usb extension for the Conbee and now it works with ZHA :slightly_smiling_face:
