Unable to add router to Zigbee netwrok

I have homeassistant with Z2M working fine.

I use the SZLB-06 as a Zigbee coordinator.

My Sonoff Dongle-P flashed with a router firmware: CC1352P2_CC2652P_launchpad_router_20250403
using ZigStarGW-MT-x64.exe

Flashing went OK, but I’m not able to add the router to the network.

I restarted everything. I enabled Join All and I placed the Sonoff router close to the coordinator for a quick connect.

No matter how many retries, I don’t see it adding to the network. What am I missing here?

I followed these steps:

  1. Open the casing of the Dongle-P by unscrewing the 2 tiny screws at the top. You also need to unscrew the antenna to remove the casing.
  2. Activate Zigbee pairing on Z2M.
  3. Push and hold the reset button on the Dongle-P (its the one close to the antenna).
  4. Connect the Dongle-P to power while keeping the reset button pressed. Keep the button pressed for ~15 seconds. Note that the red LED will light up the whole time but not blink.
  5. Shortly after releasing the reset button the Dongle-P should pair.

But it won’t get added to the network

Did you try this?

  1. Go to the SLZB-06’s web interface.
  2. Go to Mode and select the Zigbee Router mode in the Radiomodule mode menu.

Edit
Sorry i see now its a dongle p

You have to open up the casing of the Dongle-P to get to the reset button.

Still doesn’t work.

How can I validate the device is flashed correctly and there are no errors?

If you copied the dongle P’s IEEE to the SZLB-06 while migrating, the dongle P can’t join the network because the IEEE is already present in the network.

I don’t recall if I did so. It was a long time ago.

What are my options to make this work?

Fixed it thanks to your comment. After some digging and changing the IEEE address, I’m now able to add it to the network. Thank you!
