Unable to change color temperature of buld

Hi,
could you please help me to understand why it is impossible to change the temperature color of ledvance A60S TW?
i only find entity : LEDVANCE A60S TW Start-up color temperature

There should be a panel above the “Configuration” panel you have shown that is titled “Controls” and shows your light entity. Click on it and the entity settings menu will pop up with color, color temp, and brightness controls.
