Unable to compile on RPi after upgrade to Builder 2024.10.0?

This test yaml compiles under x86_64 but not on my RPi5/16GB after upgrading from 2025.9.3.

esphome:

Actions so far:

  1. “Clean Files” from the Builder GUI
  2. Uninstall the Builder Add-On (including removing config files)
  3. Power cycle.
  4. Install Builder Add-On
