Unable to configure shelly BLU gateway GEN 3

I am new to Homeassistant and am trying to add a shelly BLU gateway Gen3 for use with shelly BLU TRV’s, but the firmware version is unsupported and is the most up to date version. How do i fix this?

You must update the firmware, there is no other way.

This is very old and not supported firmware. You need 1.5.0 beta1 (20250109) or newer.

Try webpanel of the device, not the app. Check the device network configuration (DNS and gateway). Check if NTP server is correctly configured and the time is synchronized.
