Unable to Configure Unifi Cameras

I have a full unifi camera system and WiFi system.

The WiFi was able to be integrated just fine. The cameras however are nothing but trouble.

The videos on YouTube I watch are so simple, yet every time I do it, it fails.

I created an admin user which is local only, log in with the correct ip and port and the username and password.

Error. Can’t connect.

Does anyone have this issue? Does anyone have a more detailed video or documentation? For some reason, and it’s beyond frustrating, this is an impossible integration for me.

Apologies if you’ve done this already, but you have to create a LOCAL admin account. You can’t go to the domain name (unifi.ui.com), you have to go to the your NVR’s IP address and create the user.

While in there, remember to enable RSTP.
