Unable to Connect Since 75.2 Upgrade

Last night I attempted to upgrade to 75.2 from 75.0, the web interface never came back. I could still see files on the raspberry pi using samba. I powercycled the pi but that didn’t seem to do anything. I ended up reflashing the home assistant image to the sd card and everything was fine again. Tonight I rebooted home assistant and I get the same problem. Unable to connect but I can see the files. Here’s what’s in the homeassistant.log file:

2018-08-08 21:29:27 WARNING (Recorder) [homeassistant.components.recorder] Ended unfinished session (id=4 from 2018-08-09 00:57:45.162273)
2018-08-08 21:29:50 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.setup] Setup of config is taking over 10 seconds.
2018-08-08 21:30:34 ERROR (SyncWorker_0) [pychromecast.socket_client] Failed to connect, retrying in 5.0s
2018-08-08 21:30:34 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.setup] Setup of mqtt is taking over 10 seconds.

I’m running HASS.io on a Raspberry Pi 3.

Do you see the HA log and it stating connecting?

I’m facing the absolute same issue.
Even deleting all configuration and letting home assistant generate a new default set will not bring the front end up.
I ended in flashing a new SDCard. But after the second reboot the issue is there again.

Any help is welcome.

Did you configure google cast?

The reason I ask I’m having the same problem and narrowed it down to hitting the google config button.

Did you configure google cast?

I did originally a few months ago via the discovery feature, this second time I did the same thing and it was probably the last step I did before the last reboot. Does setting it up via Yaml work better?

I did a fresh install and it keeps happing to me
Delete the core.config.entities in the storage folder and reboot.
This allowed me back into the front page

Could please point me the direction?
Where can I delete the core.config.entities?

In the config folder is a hidden folder named storage

Thanks
This hiden folder was not displayed on the samba share.
So I used ssh to delete the folder

ls -al /config/
rm -r /config/.storage/
la -al /config/
