Unable to connect Switch/Meter TONGOU TO-Q-SY1-JZT

I’ve purchased and installed the switch with meter TO-Q-SY1-JZT but the device doesn’t join the zigbee network.
My coordinator is ZStack3x0 Revision: 20210708. Other zigbee devices (41 devices so far) joint the network without any trouble.
I’m using ZigbeeToMQTT (updated to last version).
To add the device, I do this procedure:

  • Allow join from Zigbee2MQTT
  • Long press on the button of the device until the indicator flash in blue.
    The device flash some minutes and stop without being connected.
    What could be the problem?

I solved my issue by bring the coordinator at 20cm of the devices.
