Unable to get Alert to work?

Obviously I am doing something wrong, any ideas folks? Not getting any notification to my phone. Any help, appreciated.

Code as in: /config/configuration.yaml

Question: do I need to set something up for notifiers? I’ve looked and looked on the forums etc and not been able to get any conclusion…

FYI: I connected with Nabu Casa (paying the monthly subs) and all working - think some issue with DuckDNS? No idea, well the $5’s per month has resolved many issues so well worth it.
