Unable to install package update, already downloaded message

When I attempted to install a DREO update, I inadvertently clicked the update button a second time. Now when I try to install I get the message below indicating the update is already downloaded. I tried restarting HA, and rebooting HA. I also looked for the file under the homeassistant directory, but could not find it.

Is there a way to resolve this error? I guess I could just skip the update and wait for the next version.

The way I see it, you have 3 ways of tackling this problem:

  • Clear your browser cache (and restart HA again if you have to).
  • Redownload the integration from HACS (3 dots next to the integration entry inside HACS itself) :

  • Click Skip on the update and ignore it. It’ll show up again when a new update rolls around & you won’t have this issue.

Personally, I would only do options 1 & 3. Not worth the hassle of redownloading for a cosmetic issue.
