Recently tried to install a back up from HA Cloud. Programed crashed. Can no longer get to HA. I pinged the IP and get all packets back. Pinged Local HP and got all packets back. When I try to log in with the IP, Its says refused to connect. Have a backup file in NABU Casa but cant get it downloaded… But I suspect the port is the problem and I have checked wifi/router and they are set correctly. Any Help on this would be greatly apricated.
If you plug a monitor into that PC running HA, what do you see should look something like
Your IP will be different
It will not give me a IPV4 ip address at all. I I unplug the wire I will get a IP address but I cant log into it. I have also noticed that when I insert the mini sd card into the card reader, the computer does not see that drive. If I put a sd card in that has not Have HA it will show up a G: drive. The first time I downloaded HA i did it through Lenox. This time I downloaded from Windows. Don’t know if that makes a difference or not.
Windows can’t read Linux partitions. If you want to read/copy what is on the card, use
I see this same page that you posted but no ip address on it
I have been running HA for 6-8 months with no problem. Created a back-up a couple of days ago because I was going to add some things and I had trouble with that, so I reinstalled from the back-up. As soon as I did< I lost HA. I tried login through the IP address I got from the router and HA.local address with no luck. I am running the program on a Rasberrypi 5. I removed the sd card and tried it on a Rasberry pi 4, same thing, it times out. So I had a new sd card laying around and I downloaded HA from scratch. When it gets to the HA command line it is not displaying a IVP4 address, going thru WIFI. If i plug into the router I will get a IP Address but cant log into it. I checked the router and port 8123 is being forwarded and I shut down windows firewall, still have no luck. Has anyone else had this problem?
