My green has gone dead. Seems to be online, but no IP address. Also, I’m unable to get a good download of the image to rebuild. Crazy and confused. I just did a hard reset and waiting to see if this works.
Anybody with hints. Went dead around the AWS issue. Not sure if related.

This seems quite contradictory…
Seems like my Green is under warranty. I submitted a claim to Nabu Casa. I originally submitted to Asurion, I had purchased a policy with them, they said to NC so I did that. All this yesterday.
By the by, not sure why buy a warranty, if they toss the ball to the vendor.
