I entered the IP addresses for my two Daikin units, but I can’t connect to them. I did the same thing for my other Daikin air conditioners and had no problems. I managed to connect to all of them on the Android app, but these two are impossible. I set their IP addresses and I know what they are, but I get an error every time.
I haven’t set a password either, and I don’t think I need to enter an API key or anything else; I haven’t had any problems with the other air conditioners. It might be a firmware version issue, but without Home Assistant to tell me, I don’t know how to find out. I haven’t seen it on the app.
