Ungrouping and general Dashboard Questions

Apologies for this first post but I have a few essential questions that Search didnt help me out.

1. How to I remove certain items from the main screen? E.g. I dont want to see all 3 smart bulbs that are grouped into on light but only the grouped one (with the group icon).
   

   

2. Why does HA show a multi bulb light (see group icon) although there is only one smart bulb present?

3. Why is aSonos Speaker and a Smart Bulb grouped? And how do I ungroup?

4. Just in general, what’s the easiest way to build my own dashboard?
