Unifi Alarm Panel for HASS

I am trying to get the “Unifi Protect Alarm Hub” integration working. So far so good - I have it talking to Unifi Protect and bringing in all of my hard-wired (3rd party) legacy sensors that are wired to my Unifi Alarm. Thing is, the states are backwards.

Example, in Unifi Protect, you can see the following doors and windows are all closed:

Yet if I look in home assistant, they all say they are open:

I was expecting the status to match between the Unifi and the Home Assistant integration.

What am I doing wrong?

could you tell me how you got this far. i cant seem to get my alarm hub to show up. id be glad to help you figure out why they are backwards if i could test locally on mine.
