UniFi Network Application - invalid username or password

Hello Community!

I would need your help. I just can’t get the add-on “UniFi Network Application” to run.

I have created a local user as mentioned in the documentation and started the application.

Unfortunately, every time after entering the credentials I get the following error message:

Invalid username or password, please try again.

The password is 100% correct. I had also tried with shorter ones, but always without success.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi,

You created a local user, but are trying to log in for the Ubiquiti accounts.

Use your Ubiquiti account to log in and it should work.
