Unifi Network Client VPN and go2rtc

I have Unifi network VPN setup, using Client VPN and using OpenVPN (NordVPN)

If I route HA traffic though it I get the following errors regularly:

turnc ERROR: 2025/04/16 16:24:24 Fail to refresh permissions: CreatePermission error response (error 400: Bad Request)

I opened a github issue but it seems like its my VPN causing the issues.

Has anyone else got HA routing through Unifi’s Client VPN and using cameras ? (I’m also using Unifi cameras and Unifi Protect)

I have tried TCP and UDP settings in the OpenVPN settings.

HA is designed for flat networks… VPN’s may be overkill, and there’s not a lot of support available.
