UniFi Protect: Retrieve Keyring Details for Users

hello.
i am trying to retrieve all the users from unifi protect.
UniFi Protect - Home Assistant

but i get an error and i cant figure out why.
error:
Failed to perform the action unifiprotect.get_user_keyring_info. No users found, please check Protect permissions.

my homeassitant user in unifi protect is super admin.

were you able to solve it? I’m hitting the same problem.

Edit: Solved it by peforming the action to the doorbell instead of the controller.
