Unknown error occurred - Zigbee - Yellow

I’m new to HA and I’ve just got my HA yellow, but I can’t get the zigbee to work, it just keeps saying"unknown error occurred" and I can’t really see what the problem is in the log files.
Tried to reinstall home assistant on the yellow and the problem is still there.

If anyone knows a fix to this issue. thanks in advance.

unfortunately not that i know of

after a lot of trying I started from the start again.
Took the yellow apart and reloaded the home assistant.

It worked. I don’t know if it was wrong hardware installation or software related, but i worked.
