Update config without deleting device?

So, I’m not sure if I’m doing things wrong here, but every time I make a change to the ESP config in esphome, I seem to have to delete the device from my ESPhome entities and re add it for the changes to show. Things like names etc.

Is there a easier way to do this?

BTW, loving ESPHOME!! ESP Home is great!

You shouldn’t need to do that. I don’t know what your issue/fix might be though.

How do you have ESPHome installed? Via Home Assistant add-on?

Yea, its just installed from the integrations page, then I install each esphome device from integration within the esphome integration.

Anymore ideas? This is a real pain.
