Updated SLZB-06 Zigbee Coordinator via HA and now it shows "Unknown command" and 0 devices

Settings > Zigbee shows ZHA Status: online but the error Unknown Command is shown above it and it says there are 0 devices.

Settings > Devices & Services > Zigbee Home Automation says Failed setup, will retry but it does correctly list all 37 devices. Clicking reload results in the same error message.

If I click the gear icon I get this message asking me to backup and Reconfigure ZHA, but I figured I’d ask here if that was the best thing to do before I did it.

Restarting HA doesn’t help nor did applying the latest update to HA Core. Running via HAOS in a virtual machine. I checked the logs under Settings > System > Logs but didn’t see anything that looked related though I may not be looking at the right logs.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Ended up having to power cycle my SLZB-06 by manually unplugging the POE to get it to work again but once it restarted everything was golden.

Hi ! I’ve exact same issue with the SLZB-06, I’ve also find this solution, but the issue came back few days after … Keep us in touch if ever you have the issue again

I also have this issue. However, the restart does not work for me. I’ve tried multiple firmwares as well. Any ideas?

for me it’s radio firmware update broken CC26xx Series - Build 20260307
you must go to web interface of your SLZB06 and in firmware revert the part of CC2652P to 20250325 firmware…

Thank you so much! Reverting back one version solved it for me.

This fixed mine I also had to revert SLZB-06 OS back to 3.1.3 as well …I had to flash SLZB-06 OS first then flash CC2652P to 20250325… Cheers!!
