Any plans for OpenZWave upgrade to 1.6? There are some updated configs that I need…
Has anyone checked it for stability and new functionality?

I am also interested in this as OZW 1.6 seems to have a heap of great updates and technical fixes.
I believe, as Home Assistant uses the Python OZW Wrapper, we may be at the mercy of when the Python Wrapper is updated to accomodate the major changes in OZW 1.6.
I am wary of the update, as much as I want it, though. There are major changes to config files as well which makes them completely incompatible with 1.4 versions.
I hope a smooth, error free update can occur.
Anyway, I want to keep an eye on all this as OZW 1.6 is a major update over version 1.4 (almost enough that it could have even warranted a 2.0 rather than 1.6, but that is @FishWaldo’s call )

Is there any news from the developers if or when they are planning to add the updated version of OZW 1.6 into Home Assistant?
The Python wrapper is being updated, but it is a fair bit of work. OZW 1.6 is a pretty major overhaul.
I believe once the Python wrapper is updated and tested, there are some changes in HA needed also.
