Upgrade to new Hue Bridge Pro went wrong

When I replaced my Hue Bridge with a Hue Bridge Pro something went wrong. I don’t know what exactly (my very own f*ck up, or something else). I ended up to do a restore of the system. Now everything works as expected, but the only thing is, there is no hystoric data anymore. My database file is 230 MB, so I think it is still in there.
When I dove into the documentation the database and configuration.yaml shoot be in the config folder (also mentioned in my system information overview).
But my database and configuration.yaml are in the homeassistant/ (root?).

How can I have my hystoric data back and is it a problem that my database and configurtation.yaml are in a different place?
