I’m going to migrate my RPi 5 installation to an M910q running Promox, but I’m wondering how the USB ports shake out. I assume there is no magic and you have to go into each integration and reassign the correct USB port?
yes. unless you created udev rules for device then it is a bit more seemless
Depends. If you used /dev/serial/by-id/xxx nothing needs to be changed. If you used /dev/ttyusbx, you will need to reassign.
