Use built in text to speech

Ive been running HA core version 2022.8.5 and OS version 10.5 for a long time and I’m trying to start it all from scratch with the latest downloadable versions.

In the old version I can use text to speech and I wonder if it’s possible in the new version. I have for a long time been using an automation like this:

Is there the same functionality in the new versions of HA or something very similar and easy to use?
