My Home Assistant is always kept up to date. It is an HAOS install connecting to the internet via the DuckDNS integration, which has been working fine for many months (since it was set up).
Since upgrading to 2025.10.2 (I cannot confirm that it is directly correlated) I cannot connect to Home Assistant remotely. Regardless of the device used, whether I use the Companion app or a web page, the connection gets stuck on the “Loading data” page. The problem is not linked to DuckDNS since I can access the landing page remotely.
I have no problem accessing Home Assistant locally, with any platform (the Companion App, a web page).
The problem was fixed on 2025-11-02. No update was done to my system, no hardware changes, nothing.
Then on 2025-11-10, the problem came back. Again, no fundamental changes, except that I’m up to date on Core updates so I’m now running 2025.11.01. But the problem came back BEFORE that update (which I made in the hope that it would fix the issue).
I seriously don’t know what’s going on. Any help would be welcome.
