Using an input number with a slider in the app 'easily'

On a PC I can use left and right keys to control the value of a slider and get the ‘correct’ value.
In the app I can just swipe the slider Icon/representation with a finger. But this is ‘over’ sensitive.
Is there an alternative in the app to use a slider input that gives you simular control as on a PC with left and right buttons?

I hope my question is clear.
I have of course the option to move to a input field.

As an alternative to a slider, consider solutions based on plus/minus buttons, like a custom numberbox card, also imho smth similar was implemented for Tile card.
