Hello there!
First of all: What a grate project! I want to give something back and this Docker thing looks very interessting to me. But I’m new to it 
So my question is, do we have somewhere docs to learn how we use it and how to create some stuff, specially for our installation - my first project will be an Owncloud-installation because it sounds not to big but enough to learn something.
