Using HA App with Multiple Locations of HA

I finally bit the bullet and decided to switch my house (hubitat) and my workplace (smartthings) over to HA. Both have worked great over the years, but I wanted to have a similar system for both and also add some items that I couldn’t previously.

Both systems run on their own mini PCs. The biggest issue I’ve found is that I have to ‘constantly’ log back into the app when I go home, or goto work. Its annoying and doesn’t seem to save either location.

I figured I could just make the IP address the same for both (ie: 192.168.1.111) but that doesn’t seem to work. When I log back in, it then keeps asking me to give my mobile phone a device name and enable location tracking.

I figure I’m missing something simple here. TIA!

If you have an Android, you can use 3 finger slide up from the bottom to switch between HA Hosts.

in the companion app you add additional servers and switch between them
