I have two buttons with rotator - and for them it works to create the automation to instantly change them to event mode if triggered wrongly.
Now I found out I have another simple button that behaves even more messed up. Event mode all is fine. However in command mode on double press - it first issues the double press - and then 2 seconds later it issues action on - thereby starting the automations intended for single click on double click. I tried to suppress it with throttle 4s - but I guess as this is not an actual physical button press the throttle is ignored and in command mode it’s messed up.
I never used this second button with ZHA - but 4 other of the same buttons never made any problems with ZHA - surely z2m is somehow bugged there. I don’t know what is wrong - but those buttons don’t work well with z2m at all. Once in command mode the outcome is pretty random on anything except single click.
