Using ZBT2 and Sonoff Zigbee 3 Ember simultaneously?

Hi, I have both ZBT2 and Sonoff ZB3 Ember.
Is it possible to use them together while configuring the ZBT2 for Matter-protocol
and the Sonoff for Zigbee/Thread ?
I’m still a newbie on this all, where can I find more instructions ?
I have a Home Assistant Green type.

You would use one for Zigbee exclusively and one for Matter over Thread. Choose either Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA and follow that guide, when done setting up Zigbee you do the same for Matter over Thread. Use extension cables for the dongles.

I see a little confusion here.

Matter is a protocol running on top of Thread (or WiFi), so you radios will run Zigbee and/or Thread.

Zigbee can only have one radio per Zigbee network.
Thread can have more, but it makes no sense to have more on the same machine.
You can run two of each network types of you run Multi-PAN on the radios, but it is generally not recommended and generally the more devices you gather into one network, the more stable and resiliant it is.

As suggested above run one radio for Thread and one radio for Zigbee.
Make sure that you Zigbee, Thread and WiFi networks so not overlap each other in the frequency bands they use.
