The new HA Version 2026.5 version should show areas to clean on the standard vacuum popup, but on my side with Dreame L10s Ultran Gen2 it is not shown.
Instead I see a fan speed selection and I don't get a dialog who walks through it to map areas.
Do I need to change something or does it not work with Dreame?

The biggest functional addition is a brand new Clean by area view. Many modern robot vacuums let you ask them to clean a specific room, but until now, there was no built-in way to do that from the dialog. You can now map your Home Assistant areas`` to the rooms your vacuum knows about, and start a cleaning job for one or more areas right from the dialog. If you haven’t set up a mapping yet, the dialog walks you through it with a friendly empty state.

Have you marked segments as HA areas yet? If not, click gear icon from vacuum popup above > Map vacuum segment to areas.

That´s weird, option should be right under Sprachassistenten you´re pointing there.
Do you have Dreame Vacuum Map Card installed? I´m not sure if that will make any difference but I´ve got also that installed and clean by area works great with my L40s Pro Ultra.
No I have the Lovelace Vacuum Map Card installed.
Have now installed also the Dreame Vacuum Map Card too, but no effect.
Can you make your robot to clean certain area from Vacuum Map Card?
In the new installed Dreame Vacuum Card I can select "room" and select the rooms on the card.
But I have not tested it if it works. Normally I do this via the Dreami app if I want to clean one room.
