I had my Vesync integration perfectly working, I have an italian account and I have credentials. I can see my purifier from my Vesync app and I used it connected on HA for around a year.
In one of the recent HA updates, something got broken. Suddenly, I couldn’t connect to Vesync anymore.
I tried removing credentials from HA and connecting again, but after a long loading, I got an error: Unknown error occurred
Another thing i tried: I logged out from Vesync on the mobile app and selected United States instead of Italy and successfully logged in. It worked for some reason, because on Home Assistant after a retry I had the chanche to make the connection works. The issue is that I see the purifier, but I cannot make it on, off or modify anything.
So, to resume: with the italian account, I cannot connect my account to HA. With United States, I can connect the account to HA but I cannot really reach the purifier.
I don’t know why, but the best thing would be to fix the HA integration with Vesync for italy to make it work again. Can somebody help?
After ha core update to 2025.10.2, i lost partial integration with vesync. Some plugs of type esw-03-us failed to connect. Others of type wifi-switch-1.3 still functioned. This might explain your problem. I backed out to 2025.9.4 to restore my connections.
Looks like there’s a whole bunch of things going on with VeSync right now.
Last week, I saw that all of my entities were unavailable in Home Assistant and found out that they had also disappeared from the VeSync app.
The day after I raised the issue with VeSync support they showed up again in the morning, disappeared again in the afternoon (while still showing up in Home Assistant) and showed up the next morning again in the VeSync app.
They’ve been showing up in the app and HA reliably since then, but to me it seemed more like a VeSync-internal issue than a problem with the integration.
