Victron Solar / Battery Integration

Hi There,

I’ve seen its possible to bring in Victron data over Modbus but I was wondering if there was any possibility of a more user friendly method of importing data / controlling the Victron system?

I would be interested in Solar production values, battery storage voltage, temps, state of charge etc.

It would be nice to be able to run the Victron equipment from HA using the external control function (if possible) to set charging schedules and variable setpoints based on conditions within HA

From Googling it seems the only other option available is to be using MQTT.

It is possible to work it via MQTT but its clunky and not found it to be 100% reliable unfortunately :frowning_face:
