Vikunja Task Hub – Full Dashboard Task Management with Bulk Actions

Hi all,

I’ve released Vikunja Task Hub — a new HACS integration and custom Lovelace card for Vikunja.

It provides a full-featured workspace inside Home Assistant with:

  • Automatic discovery of projects, categories, and tasks
  • Responsive card with project and category filtering
  • Bulk actions (multi-select, move, change categories, complete, delete)
  • Rich Markdown task editor with attachments and native camera support
  • Search, separate active/completed sections, and project/category management

Installation

Via HACS (recommended):

  1. Add custom repository: https://github.com/tednv/vikunja-task-hub (Integration)
  2. Install “Vikunja Task Hub” and restart Home Assistant
  3. Add the integration via Settings → Devices & Services
  4. Add the card using type: custom:vikunja-todo-card
