Running HA on an old laptop in a docker container with the normal 8123 port exposed. no issue connecting to that instance from other devices. Just setting up the HA Voice preview device and I got through the wifi setup, and a red twinkle update, but now im stuck on blue twinkle “awaiting connection”. There is no prompt or notification inside the webui for “discovered” devices. The setup instructions glossed over WHERE I’m supposed to find the discovered devices, but I’ve scoured the android and web app and can’t find anywhere that shows this Voice device as something I can add to HA. I’m basically stuck on Step 6 in this setup guide on Nabucasa
Anyone have any tips?
EDIT:
Docker Desktop on Win11 does not offer discoverability, so I was able to manually enter the Voice PE as an ESP32 integration. I will probably have to rehome my HA instance to another surface for discoverability to work. Suggestions welcome. Prefer to keep it on a Windows device for ease of access/management
