Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Sometimes it responds when I’m watching YouTube or talking to someone, even though no “OK, Nabu” command or wake word is used.

You didn’t say wake word but are you sentiment hear a wake word?
Yeah, it just started replaying “Back in the days, Manchester blah blah” while I was watching a football podcast, for example… 
False activations are a common occurrence. Microwakeword just isnt that great, other than being able to run on the resource-constrained ESP32 that the VoicePE uses. “Ok Nabu” is the most easily triggered Ive noticed. The VoicePE has a setting for how sensitive it is here, so you could try adjusting that to make it less sensitive.
