Voltage input to zigbee notification

Hello

I am quite new to HA but need a device to do the following:

When input 12-24 vdc applied, to send notification via Zigbee.

I have all the Zigbee side working, just need a hardware device which will let me do that.

Please could anyone suggest something?

Please clarify what you mean.

I mean that when a voltage is applied to the device, it sends a Zigbee message. A bit like a relay in reverse.
