Wake word disconnect


anyone know how to fix this problem.
I connected a Poly Calisto 3200-M speaker that connects via USB.
It says I have home assistant os.
So I installed assist microphone from the addon, and I installed wake word.
And these are the logs I get.

Anyone know how to fix this?

You have not stated a problem really. I don’t know what you are trying to do so I dont know how to help you do it.

The log you post does not show error from what I can tell.

I’m guessing you trying to use the usb speaker as voice assistant? In settings>>voice assistant there is debug that may help you but likely not

This is logs form Addon of wake word .
He is work but why the logs see like this?

There is no associated time so hard to tell what or why?

Wake word addon may be restarting or
Connecting device may be reconnecting. Sorry but I’m not sure of this.

You still not clear about addon you use and how you install.

Also what version HA

I feel there is a lot of important details missing

I use plugins: openwake word, assist microphone. Hardware: standard usb speaker/microphone. home assistant OS 2025.10.4

There is no known issue cause client disconnect with open wakeword that I am aware of

There is no current issue with HA

There is no known problem with these together

You can try reinstall addon or you need more detail log from HA. There is no way to determine issue from current detail or really say issues exist

The log show client disconnect and reconnect

Client is HA

Cause can be network(but since it’s docker there should be no issue)
Cause can be hardware. If there is hardware issue maybe you have problem
Cause can be normal. I can’t compare normal right now but there is no time so disconnect could be after 1 second or 1 hr. I presume 1 second since you say it’s issue

HA log may show more detail
Also check the addon to see if you can enable verbose log to get better detail

There is not much configuration for this addon so unless you do something strange it should just work. Reinstall could be good solution. If not you need find more info about problem

I buy voice pe so doesn’t matter

This is nice unit also
