Wall Tablet display managing

Should HA create his own display managing system instead of using fully kiosk, which is not always working 100% well?

Not sure what you mean. Home Assistant is designed to be accessed with a browser. Fully Kiosk is just a browser (with lots of bells and whistles).

What are you having trouble with?

When im using Fully kiosk browser my android webview is crashing multiple times a day. Now im using Fully single app with the HA Companion app, but the app get some times stuck when motion is detected and the screen turns on. But i cant find out where the problem is, maybe its my wifi, maybe its fully kiosk, maybe its HA. Im using a Lenovo tab idea pro as display. someone the same issues?

When you stay app is “stuck”, do you mean the tablet won’t turn off?
How are you managing the “turn on/off when motion detected/cleared” part?

BTW, the HA companion alone is sufficient to use a tablet as wall panel. At least it is for me.

my systems works as follow: Im using the fully kiosk single app, which turns off de screen after 1 hour and will be turned on when motion is detected. This works perfect, however when my screen turns on and i want click on some menu’s, lights or something else it takes like 5 second before HA responds. So it seems like my tablet has a bad wifi connection, or the app is not responding fast enough, is my HA dashboard to complicate, but i cant find out where the issue is. Does someone else has the same problems with this?

There are hundreds of settings in Fully Kiosk, including some about reloading the URL when the screen comes on. If you have this set to “on” it will slow down the display quite significantly - have you checked this sort of thing?

Im using the Kiosk Single app, not the browser. In the single app there is no option for reloading when screen turned on.
I used Kiosk browser before but i had a lot of problem with crashing webview Android
