I recently purchase a BYD Dolphin and a Wall box Pulsar Plus.
My idea is automated with Home assistant (I am still testing and creating integrations.)
But i have some doubts about some of the sensors exposed by Wallbox:
Energy price vs depot Price: I have different electricity cost each hour, so i am updating Energy price with this cost, but depot price is always on “0,1” what depot price is?
About cost, anyone knows if Wallbox is able to change the way to calculate cost if I update Energy price every hour? I assume yes, but not sure how to check…
Charge speed: allways 0 ?
Cost: Allways 0
current mode: Allwais 1
Added range: can we configure how this is calculated? i assume this can not be the same for all cars, and it depends of the avg of kwh/100km of your car… in my case now arround 16kwh/100km
Max available power, Max available power, Max ICP current and Wallbox Maximum ICP current…
Non sure about the difference on these 4, my guest so far:
- Max Available Power: for me shoiuld be what i configured on my Wallbox app as maximun ameparge. 25 is the first value I added, but hen I adjust to 21, but it is not reflected there…
- Max Charging current: not sure why it has 22, as it is not charging and my limit now is 21…
- Max ICP current: this is the one match with Wallbox app value…
- Maximum charging current: I assume this control should allow me to change the maximum for a specific current charge, but i play a little bit and nothing change on the wallbox (could bet hat take some time to be reflected…)
- Maximum ICP Current: same, this is the controll allo me to change maximun value from HA…
Anyone have more details with these sensors/controls.
I tried to find any documentatin, butI was not able…
