Hello everyone,
We currently control and regulate everything via Zigbee (not Matter) .
Now we want to make the temperature in each office locally adjustable for our colleagues .
We have already tried Schneider’s Wiser and Aqara’s WS100 .
Unfortunately, each device can only control its own Rondostate.
Therefore, we are looking for a sensor/setpoint adjuster that must be able to do the following:
Surface-mounted
Adjustable temperature setpoint
Zigbee (NOT Matter)
Optional: Temperature and humidity measurement.
Switching to another system is not an option, as
everything is already Zigbee.
Does anyone know of such a device?

Wiser is Zigbee so it should be able to do it.
The problem sounds like you are trying to make it work in Wiser app.
You can do it in HA by letting HA receive the signal from the Wall panel and then set the temperature on the thermostat and vice versa.

What are you setting the temperature on? TRVs?
If you use HA then you could trigger on set temperature change on any TRV and send it to other TRVs, just make sure to have a condition if the set temperature is != or you create a endless loop triggering itself.
But add some more context to your problem and we can help you better
