Watchdog found a problem with Home Assistant Docker. No State history. Cannot install Add-ons

Hello,
I am new to the platform, but have few years experience with automation using other platforms. Installed the 32bit version on RPi4 with 4G of RAM and 16G SD Card. Used standard image Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 32bit -(https://github.com/home-assistant/operating-system/releases/download/3.12/hassos_rpi4-3.12.img.gz) (recommended)

Installed several Add-ons - Samba, SSH,File Editor. I have set static IP.Then added temperature sensors from external Mosquitto, created groups, added system monitoring, IP camera. Everything worked very well. In some point in time after restart system sowed in log :
WARNING (MainThread) [supervisor.tasks] Watchdog found a problem with Home Assistant Docker!

After restart my plugins are not starting automatically, though I have enabled “Start on Boot”
Also I can not install new plugins. On top of this I lost my state history for all the entities. No state history. Seems like I can not write any more to the SD card.
I am familiar with Docker, but never troubleshooted it.

Can you please advise what might be the problem ?
