Water Box Status Missing in Roborock Integration

Hi,

Per this link to Github, my understanding is that the “Unavailable” error for the clean / dirty waterbox of a Roborock dock was resolved in release 2026.7.3. I am on 2026.8.3 and continue to have the status as “Unavailable”.

Does anyone know if the issue has been addressed or if there is something that I need to do in my configuration to address the problem?

On my Roborock Saros 10R it works as expected in HA 2026.8.3. Nothing needed to be set up.

I have a Q5 pro and it doesn’t work for me either.

Hey there - was this a new integration or an existing one that stopped working and then fixed itself?

I bought a Saros 10R and installed the native HA integration and everything works. I didn’t do anything else.

Thank you. It was working and then stopped after an upgrade. I probably need to re-install the integration.
