Water flow meter

Hi,
I have checked several YF-B10 for checking my water usage and leaks.
The problem seems to be that it is ±3% between 1-40L/min or 2-60L/min and
have between 478 and 1074 pulses/liter. If there is a leak it might be below 2L/min and here is my question to anyone that uses these kind of flow meters.

What happens under 2L/min? is it 0 or does it just not get the volume right?
In my world I should have pulses even under 2L/min and if the pulses never is 0 in an hour I probably have a leak.

We have very low pressure in the summer house (around 2 bar) will this affect the measurement?

I know I could go Ultrasonic but the cost is quite big for those setups for incoming water.

Both, for flow below rating the volume gets wrong and for tiny flow you get 0.
It’s not anyhow capable to be used as leak detector.
Your water pressure is irrelevant as far as it’s allowing flow within “specs”.
