Hi has anyone had any success in extending the sensor of an Aqara water sensor. My sensor sits under the bath and I would ideally like to be able to sealant around the bath panel. There is a small cupboard at the end of the bath that would be ideal to put the sensor itself in allowing me to change batteries etc without taking off the panel. This means I need to potentially put two wires from the sensor is to under the bath. Not sure if this would work or if anyone has any better ideas.

Yes, it’ll work. Just loosen the probes at the bottom with an hex key, stick a thin cable under each probe & tighten them up again.
You can test it by putting the other ends of the cable in a glass of water before mounting everything under the bath.

There is also special cable specifically for leak detectors that is water-sensitive across it’s entire length. So if you wanted detection across a larger area you could attach that to the screws. You can find it on AliExpress.
I’m looking online and all the ones I can find have a device they attach to using “aux”. Which one do you recommend?
